Spring Creek Mano Promotional Video

Spring Creek Manor approached us with a desire to use video to showcase how their assisted living center was different from their competition. After pre-production discussions with them we realized that they had a unique story to tell, in how they create a such a genuinely intimate and comfortable place for seniors to live.

The history and motivation behind the business was a critical part of the story, so we elected to have the owner’s voice drive the video, versus hiring a voice-over talent. We also wanted him to appear in the video, to further demonstrate the facility’s unique commitment to care and to build trust with potential clients.

Likewise, it was important to show their current clientele enjoying the facilities, but we wanted to go a step further and use interviews with some of the residents as well. This would build even more trust with potential clients, and would provide the emotional tune that this type of video production really needed. A big part of the draw of this facility was simply the history behind it, not just with the owner, but the residents as well. Many of them had been clients for a long time, and that would demonstrate that Spring Creek Manor was great place to live long term. So we structured the interview questions to pull this information to the forefront.

Additionally, during the pre-production phase we were helped by a staff member who was nothing short of fabulous. She had a kind heart and was genuinely in love with assisting and interacting with the residents on a daily basis. We saw her as the trifecta of the story, and included an interview with her in the final production.

Ultimately the video we created was one that rang of a rich history and a truly heart-felt commitment to taking care of seniors at the end of their lives.

City of North Miami Beach 90th Anniversary Video

GreenTeam Inc. required a new promotional video to really showcase the company’s strengths. After several pre-production meetings we decided the best approach would be a video driven by interviews.

We produced this trailer (as well as a full film) for the 90th anniversary celebration event for the City of North Miami Beach.

Gear Setup

This was a very tough interview situation, given the noise of animals (pet hospital), the size of the space, and the lighting and background. Add to that the fact the interview needed to be two people at the same time and we had to get creative within the tiny exam room made available to us.
